Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the www.deperlage.com website and the De Perlage mobile application (the “Service”) operated by De Perlage (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

You further acknowledge and agree that De Perlage shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

We believe in the quality of our accessories and each piece will be carefully controlled before being sent to you. As per our Terms and conditions we will not accept the returns of customized items. If you are not fully satisfied with the purchase of a base model, please consider our sincere apologies. You can send it back with quick explanation of why you are not happy with it, and we will either send you a replacement product or refund your money – whichever you prefer. Please refer to procedure below.
We will refund or exchange the accessory if they are returned in perfect condition within 7 days of receiving it. However, we will not refund the postage unless agreed otherwise directly with the purchaser. As per our Terms and conditions we will not accept returns of customized accessories.
If you need to exchange something please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- When returning the product please make sure you are sending it back, exactly the same way you have received it; same packaging and original dispatch note.
- The returned item must be in the same condition it was sent to you.
- If requested we will exchange the good, or if otherwise specified we will cancel your order and refund your money within 30 days.
- The cost of returning the product is at your cost and we will not be held responsible for any lost packages.
- In case of exchanges (e.g. for size changes) we will fully pay the posting costs back to you, this way we will be are sharing the shipping cost for the exchange.
